This Action Sheet summarizes all of the key details you need to be able to prepare for and delegate at the Region of Waterloo’s November 9th Council meeting. At this meeting Regional Staff will be presenting three growth scenarios developed for Waterloo Region until 2051 and their recommendation of Scenario #2.
Getting Registered to Delegate on November 9th:
Register on-line to give a virtual delegation at the November 9th Council Meeting. You should register by Monday, November 8th at 4:30pm. Your live delegation (presentation) must not be more than 5 minutes long.
To submit a written delegation (letter or e-mail), e-mail the Regional Clerk at regionalclerk@regionofwaterloo.ca by Monday, November 8th at 4:30pm. You can also e-mail Regional Councillors directly anytime at regionalcouncillors@regionofwaterloo.ca
