“The current Ontario Municipal Board battle in Waterloo Region pits our democratically elected regional government (which rightly wants to preserve much-needed prime farmland for our grandchildren) against deep-pocketed land speculators (whose goal is further personal enrichment). Clearly, the only healthy and sustainable approach is to allow the region to prevail.”
